COST is a member-driven organization committed to giving Connecticut’s smaller communities a strong voice in the legislative process. COST champions the interests of member municipalities at the state Capitol and provides resources to help municipal leaders meet the challenges they face as chief executives of the state’s 139 smaller communities.

The mission of Planned Parenthood of Southern New England, (PPSNE) is to protect the fundamental right of all individuals to manage their own fertility and sexual health and to ensure access to the services, education and information to realize that right.

At least fifty-one percent of the staff and boards of CILs are people with disabilities.
